We are facing our absolute peak season with significantly more customer orders than during the other months of the year. Everybody is doing their best to process the increased volume, but we must expect that in the remaining period of 2017, some customers will receive their orders one day later than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Be aware that the week after Black Friday, the 24th of November, will be influenced by high volumes that puts pressure on production and distribution network. In order to avoid too many delays, Aurora Group will execute orders in the weekend after Black Friday.
Of course we will aim at keeping the delays to a minimum, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee that delays won't occur.
